According to the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC), corporate governance is the system by which companies are managed and monitored, involving the relationships between shareholders, the Board of Directors, the executive board, independent auditors and the fiscal council. The basic principles that guide this practice are: (1) transparency, (2) equity, (3) accountability, and (4) corporate responsibility.

Blau is committed to maintaining high standards of Corporate Governance, based on principles that privilege transparency and respect for shareholders.

Since its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in April 2021, the Company joined the Novo Mercado listing segment with the highest standards of Corporate Governance of B3 Stock Exchange. Companies that enter this segment submits voluntarily to certain stricter rules than those present in the Brazilian legislation.
